My Uncle Rob

As if it wasn't wonderful enough to have my Gramps here...Uncle Rob came from Minnesota too! The really cool thing was that my Great Gram & Gramps had NO idea he was coming so we're counting down the days to surprise them!

Gramps & the "double hook"

I still had not come down from the high of having Rara & Goff here when I found out my GRAMPS was coming to town. I talk to him all of the time but this was our first meeting. We hit it off immediately. He's a pretty cool Grandpa. Loves to play cars and trucks (and does if far better than Mama)...and he has this thing called the "Double hook" I just can't resist! I ask him to stop just long enough to catch my breath then request it again!

Rara, Goff, Croy, Hemy and Mana

Gosh. Where do I start? We've had such a great summer that it left little time to sit in front of the computer and update my blog. In late July my friends from Oregon (now Cali), Rozalyn & Jeff, came all the way to Maine to visit me (I mean, "US"). We had a blast! We went to 'camp' where I had my first ride in a canoe, kayak AND caught my first fish. I had so much fun that in the morning when Daddy came in to get me I tried to tell him "Dad, I really had a marvelous time at camp. Could we please go there again some time?". All he heard was "Camp fun go back". Then it was on to Acadia Nat'l park where we did the park loop and lingered at Thunderhole and Cadillac Mountain. As you can see, I'm Mr. Independent now and prefer to do the walking myself.

P.S. In case you hadn't picked up on it by now...the names in the title to this blog are how I say the following: Rozalyn, Jeff, Troy (dad), Henry, Amanda (mama).

Troublemaker/Heartbreaker

Oh yeah. My parents are going to have their hands full with me. I love things that are loud and fast...

A day with Goats...

Mama and 'Ness took Roni and me to see the GOATS at Treworgy Orchards...What Fun!

When Goats attack...they sure do tickle!

Not sure of what was going on in this next picture. I appear to be showing off for the ladies...

Good thing our Mamas were smart and brought a whole lot of quarters (even if they did raid our piggy banks...) b/c we used them all up buying food pellets for the goats. They sure were hungry!

J-A-M!

There's not really a story to go with this picture. I just LOVE jam--can't you tell?

p.s. Thanks for the great picnic table Auntie Beth!

Fun with my Gamma

June brought the death of my great-great Uncle Bob (bad news) which in turn brought my Gamma to Maine for a visit (GREAT news). We tried to make the most of our time together and have fun...afterall, I hear that's how "Uncle Dirty" would have liked it. Really wish I'd met him, I'm sure we would have had some great times.
I love you Gamma!
